Why soccer is stupid

So let me start by saying that I live in Northern Ireland a land where every one is obsessed with... 'Football'. (I am not originally from Northern Ireland)

Ever heard of the saying that football is a gentleman's game played by hooligans and rugby is a hooligan’s game played by gentlemen. In Northern Ireland it isn't just the players that are hooligans as well. They get all rallied up over a simple GAME. Grown men will fight over something as stupid as a GAME.

Soccer players are paid millions of pounds while the regular, average person is squeezed and squeezed. So while a normal person works there but off to stay afloat trying to keep their home from being repossessed soccer players get mansions! What do they do for this money? They kick a ball around a big field.

What is soccer anyway? The point if the game is just to kick a ball into a net. Millions of people are willing to sit for hours watching grown men kick a tiny ball about? What is the point in that? Can they not find something better to do?

I hate playing soccer. Why? Because someone is kicking a ball at me! That sounds stupid outside of my head but it is SCARY! Tell me who wants a ball in your face? I don't.

One more thing I don't get... when a player scores why to they run around with their top over their head??????????????
